The medium weight Eclipse Actuators (10 lbs.) are easily installed on 150 lb cylinders with no special tools required.  The mounting clamp attaches directly to the standard yoke assemble.  (See: Typical Actuator Mounting tab above)

The actuator may be integrated with the valve mounted vacuum regulator to give added safety against valve gasket or packing leaks.
